  4. What can I do if I can't diagnose my car?

    1)Make sure the vehicle complies with the OBD2 protocol

    2)Try to check the OBD connector of AL300 to see if any pins are broken or bent

    3)After those steps, if our code reader is still not working, please leave messages on QA.

    Need to make the proper repair first before clearing some fault codes
